The Support Desk is manned by experienced CREST personnel who are able to provide comprehensive support and will help tailor the service to suit your needs and budgets.
The CREST Simulator is available from 5.30am to 8.30pm with the Support Desk open from 8.30am until 5.30pm.
With clients on tight schedules we offer support out of hours but this must be pre arranged and there is an hourly charge for this. This is also helpful to some clients world wide, because of time differences we are more than happy to provide additional support when required. Please contact us to discuss rates and availability.
