Single Platform Overview

Following the launch of the Single Settlement Engine (SSE) and Euroclear Settlement of Euronext-zone securities (ESES), all Euroclear group legacy systems will be integrated onto the Single Platform.

Euroclear has revised its roll out plan, a more modular approach has been decided.

• Single Platform Multi-Currency Central Bank Money - this will provide a harmonised multi-currency central bank money settlement service.
  
  
• Single Platform Collateral Management - this will provide a harmonised range of Euroclear collateral management services.
  
  
• Single Platform Transaction Management - this will ensure access to settlement and transaction management services through the CCI.

In order to connect to Single Platform Custody clients will use the Common Communication Interface (CCI).

SP Custody Launch timetable

Migration to Single Platform Custody for Euroclear UK and Ireland is now planned for 'after the custody' season of 2011. With Euroclear Bank migrating 'after the summer' of 2010.

We currently already offer the CCI Syntax Testing Tool to assist you in validating your ISO 15022 messages and endeavour to to offer full Single Platform Custody testing in Q2 2010.
