File Transfer Management

To manage the transfer of files between its Simulator service and its customers, a comprehensive file transfer application has been developed named the SFL Secure Gateway.

The application links to the SFL System Spy for reporting any health issues.

(1) LIVE CREST File Transfer Management and Monitoring Agent

Access to SFL Secure Gateway providing a high level of monitoring of all file traffic inbound and outbound from LIVE CREST.

Includes:

• CREST Stalled operator monitoring
• Network Provider failed directory monitoring
• File throughput alarms on both iSeries and Network Providers gateway
• File none-response alarms on both iSeries and Network Providers gateway
• High volume monitoring and alerts
• CREST User ID validation
• DEX / CCI Format validation
  

 

(2) Fidessa** Trade File Automation and Monitoring Agent

Access to SFL Secure Gateway to provide trade file automation for a selection of customers who utilise the Fidessa trading platform.

Includes:

• File throughput alarms
• File encryption/decryption (public/private key)
• High volume monitoring and alerts
  
  

(3) Cofunds** Trade File Automation and Monitoring Agent

Access to SFL Secure Gateway to provide unit trust trade file automation for a selection of customers.

Includes:

• CSV to XML and XML to CSV Conversion
• HTTPS Certificated File encryption/decryption
• High volume monitoring and alerts
  
  

(4) Interactive Data Stock File Delivery Automation (FTI)

Access to SFL Secure Gateway to provide an automated and monitored download and delivery of the Exshare data file.

(5) Planetpress** Supporting Services and Monitoring Agent

Access to SFL Secure Gateway and SFL Heartbeat Monitor suite of applications to provide services to the PlanetPress servers. 

Includes:

• Load balancing across multiple PlanetPress servers
• Load monitoring by examining the source data file ages
• Print file monitoring (Identifies problems with print services)
• PlanetPress software monitoring. 
• High volume exceptions
  

(6) Automated Remote File Transfers and Monitoring Agent

Access to the SFL Secure Gateway application for secure file transfers between systems and remote sites.

Includes:

• File throughput alarms
• File zipping/unzipping
• File encryption/decryption
• High volume monitoring and alerts
• File sequence monitoring
