Application Management and Monitoring Services

(1) SFL System Spy Central Service

The SFL System Spy is the central application in our back office sytem monitoring suite. The core application listens for heartbeat messages from various system Spy Agents. The application shows the health of the system through a web browser GUI.

The application allows for alerts to be configured (SMS and Email) to flag any potential issues.

The application comprises of the following components:

• Listening Server (TCPIP Heartbeat updates)
• Alerts Module (SMS and Email alerts)
• Escalations Module
• Logging Module
• Web browser GUI
  
  

(2) Spy Tasks Central Service

The Spy Tasks module is integrated into the Spy and provides a work flow facility with automation for common system tasks. E.g. Password resets.

Includes:

• Task management and escalation
• Task assignment
• Task reporting and stats
  
  

(3) Network Monitoring and SNMPc Interface to Spy Agent

Interfaces the SFL System Spy Central Service with Castlerock’s SNMPc Network Manager.
