Safe Financials Limited has been successfully operating the CREST Simulator for the last 10 years.

The Company’s four directors are all ex employees of Charles Schwab Europe, where they were involved with CREST since its inauguration in July 1996. They each have at least 20 years IT experience including a minimum 15 years in Financial Services and Stock Broking. Their extensive CREST knowledge enabled them to develop this unique service, which is the only automated ‘closed loop’ settlement processing outside of the CREST trialling and CREST live environment.

The CREST skills and knowledge has been successfully passed on to the Safe Financials support staff, who are at the end of the phone or e-mail to assist clients with every aspect of their testing. The company has a very low level of staff turnover and maintains an excellent caliber of staff by providing a good quality, friendly working environment and high levels of training and development.

The dedicated team of CREST specialists operates from a Midlands office base, supporting more than 40 clients throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA and India.

As well as the Simulator, Safe Financials have also designed and developed SafeXT, a new trading platform and information tool offering real-time market data, news and direct market access to the stock markets.

Developed using the SafeXT platform and operated from the SFL's data centre, a Direct Market Access Simulator was launched by the London Stock Exchange in order to promote and increase awareness of DMA.
