Are you having any difficulty using the website? Here are a few pointers:

I want to use the SimGUI but I do not have a Gateway ID or Password.

I have requested a Transaction List via the SimGUI but it is taking too long to download.

My email response (to an electronic report request) did not have any data on it.

What are the SimGUI opening hours?




For help using the Website, please email the Webmaster. For assistance with using the Simulator, please email the Support Team.


Q.I want to use the SimGUI but do not know the gateway ID or password

A. Your logging in details would have been provided to your Team/Department Manager at the time of signing up with the Crest Simulator. Either send an email to the Support Helpdesk or contact us on 01283 495215 where your username and/or password can be provided.

 

Q.I have requested a Transaction list via the SimGUI but its taking too long to download

A. The transaction list page should take no longer than a minute to load up so contact the Webmaster if it takes longer.

 

Q.My email response [to an electronic report request] did not have any data on it.

A.This is probably because there weren't any trades/transactions on the requested date/participant. Check the information on your records.

 

Q.What are the SimGUI opening hours?

A. The Simulator is available from 5:30am to 8:30pm, Monday to Friday. The Support team are available between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Weekend access can be arranged on request.
