Q.I have requested a Transaction list via the SimGUI but its taking too long to download A. The transaction list page should take no longer than a minute to load up so contact the Webmaster if it takes longer.
Q.My email response [to an electronic report request] did not have any data on it. A.This is probably because there weren't any trades/transactions on the requested date/participant. Check the information on your records.
Q.What are the SimGUI opening hours? A. The Simulator is available from 5:30am to 8:30pm, Monday to Friday. The Support team are available between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Weekend access can be arranged on request.
