The electronic reports are an "on-demand"
function of the CREST simulation service available from our SimGUI web site.
The reports are generated real time and delivered as spreadsheets (.xls
format), for more details on how to use them click here.
The reports cover specific areas of the CREST Simulator with the following currently available:
Stock and Cash Balances by date
This report contains the following for
a specific date:
• A list of all stocks
held and balance for the requested date.
• A balance for all cash memorandum accounts.
This report splits the stock and cash via separate
worksheets within the same workbook.
Stock and Cash Movements by date
This report contains the following for a specific date:
• The balance of stock,
which have been subject to a movement on the date requested.
• The movement detail for all stock transactions that comprise the
stock movement reported in the balance.
• The balance of all cash memorandum accounts along with any cash
movement for a particular day.
• The movement detail of all cash transactions that comprise the movement
reported in the cash balance.
This report splits the stock/cash balances and movement detail via separate
worksheets within the same workbook.
Transactions by creation date
A spreadsheet of all transactions created on
the date requested.
Transactions by Intended settlement
date
A spreadsheet of all transactions with the Intended
Settlement date equal to the date requested.
Open Transactions
A report of all transactions at an open status
of A (Unmatched), B (Matched), D (Delayed) or E (Ready) for a participant.
Corporate actions pending
All corporate actions pending in your data environment.
The use of Excel© to deliver the report information provides flexibility to easily manipulate the data. E.g. the data can be exported from the reports into regression testing software to provide fully automated result validation.
