November 2011 - Legacy ISO / New functionality / Corporate Action Proformas / DBVs April 2012

Legacy ISO is now available as beta test functionality in the Simulator.

Euroclear are introducing two new software releases planned to go live in Q2 2012. This includes changes to the Central Bank Money service and also an update to the Term DBV functionality making this a more centrally cleared product.

We have implemented a new archive option into the Simulator whereby we can configure your environment to automatically archive transactions. We have also simplified the Corporate Action Proformas by creating one proforma for each type.

March 2011 - DEX 20.1 Update / Legacy ISO / SFL Webinars

November 2010 - DEX 20 Update / Christmas 2010 / Happy Anniversary to SFL

We are currently working on the development of the new Term DBV functionality due to go live in Euroclear June 2011. We envisage to have these changes available to test in the Simulator by end of Q1 2011.

We have produced a Christmas and New Year timetable with details of our opening hours throughout the festive season.

September 2010 - DEX 19.1 UPDATE

Euroclear are planning a new DEX release in November 2010. This software release will enable a new service which will allow clients to settle electronically Regulation S Category 3 ‘REG S’ securities; additionally Euroclear will not be required to register with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Although this is not a major change, please note that the version numbers in the ‘Obsolete Version’ column in the table below will be removed from CREST, so any messages sent with these versions will be NAKd. As there are a number of messages with new versions being introduced and old versions being removed, the complete life cycle of a trade should be tested.

Although these changes have not yet been agreed by the SEC and confirmed by Euroclear, they have now been made in the Simulator and will be available for testing from 30th September.

September 2010 - DEX 19.1

In addition to the Regulation S securities settlement changes due to go live in November 2010, Euroclear have introduced some other DEX functionality and therefore version 19.1 of the DEX supersedes version 19.0. The changes have been implemented into the Simulator and are available to test. We will implement the Regulation S changes as soon as we get the go ahead from Euroclear to do so.

July 2010 - DEX 19 Release November 2010

Euroclear have released a Technical Newsletter (23rd June 2010) detailing a new DEX (19) release scheduled for November 2010. This relates to 'REG S' Securities being able to settle electronically within Euroclear without the need for Euroclear to register with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Please note however these changes have not yet been agreed by SEC and will not be implemented until such agreement has been made.

May 2010 - Registrar Testing now available

The Simulator has been fully updated to offer full Registrar functionality testing, including RUR Request/Responses; Registrar Reconciliation Messages; Registrars Balance Requests; Meeting Announcements/Results.
